Terms and Conditions (Booking Policies)

1. Appointment Policy

  • All appointments can be booked online, through email, or by phone.

  • Our staff may contact you if further information is required before your appointment.

2. Initial Visit Policy (Massage Therapy)

  • Your first massage therapy visit will include a short assessment at the beginning of the appointment.

  • To ensure adequate time for both assessment and treatment, we recommend booking an appointment of at least 45 minutes or more.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Cancellations cannot be done online. You must call or email us to cancel or reschedule to ensure proper follow-up and confirmation of changes.

  • Late cancellations may result in the full charge of the booked appointment.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis, as we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

  • Our clinic is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If your appointment is on a Tuesday, you should call us by Saturday or email us by Sunday to ensure your request is processed in time.

4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • It is your responsibility to attend your scheduled appointment, as we value and respect everyone’s time, including our staff and other clients.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.

  • If you do not show up or more than half of your allotted time has passed, you may be charged the full service fee.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis, as we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Insurance & Payment Policy

  • Insurance coverage applies to most services at our clinic, but the amount covered is determined by your insurance provider, not the clinic.

  • It is your responsibility to check the coverage with your insurance company before booking an appointment.

  • If you choose to claim insurance by yourself, you are responsible for paying the full service amount at the time of your visit.

  • If you are billed through direct billing, you are responsible for paying any remaining balance not paid by your insurance provider.

6. Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.

  • Our clinic follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to provide a safe environment for all.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal and medical information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment and administrative purposes in accordance with privacy laws.

8. Agreement

  • By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
